Dear Beautiful People:

My family and I are going away for the holidays. We are going to have a white Christmas this year!!! So exciting to be going back home to spend time with family and bond. We’re leaving in a few hours. I will continue to blog and check emails, though sporadically. We have a lot more interesting blogs coming your way, too, so stay tuned.

Also, we are going to be featuring talented women/men from all over the globe (different racial and ethnic backgrounds) in this coming year. This will be a once a week spotlight feature of fashion/beauty/health/skin/spiritual regimen…how folks maintain their “look good - stay healthy” status. This post will come from regular everyday moms/dads to respected artists/fashionistas.

Alright folks, from my family to yours, I wish you a safe and healthy Christmas. Take lots of pictures, eat ’til your bellies are full, and send us your fun memories.

What is the #1 thing you are hoping to get for Christmas this year? Mine? A whole red velvet cake from Mr. Cake Man in Brooklyn, NY. Not a slice, a full cake We’ll just see how the holidays go. Maybe Santa will bring it to me. He knows the I-95, right?
